Talfen Arkalis III

Talfen Arkalis the third is the member of the council of Rathir chosen by the descendants of the five families that founded the city. A quiet man, considered thoroughly disinterested in most affairs of the city, with two exceptions: matters concerning gold and the treasury, and matters that might affect the Arkalis Barony territory in the Federation of Rathir.
