Full Name: Hrodbert T Merryweather III
Gender: Male
Status: Old
Race: Human
Date of Birth (Age): Old enough to have forgotten
Physical Description: Large elderly gentleman who walks with a slouch.
Last known location: Mel Shenshir
Faction: None for very long

Born Hrodbert T Merryweather III, but more commonly known as Bob is a travelling magician, known for loose morals, loose fingers, and a penchant for loose women. Bob often tries to do the right thing, but unfortunately has terrible judgement, and usually makes things worse, blinded by his ginormous ego though, he usually thinks he saved the day. Bob usually walks with a stoop, leaning on his staff, believing that people will percieve him as a harmless elderly gentleman, but anyone who paid even the slightest attention would notice that he is an incredibly muscular and strong individual.

Early Life

From an early age Bob was convinced that the universe is fundamentally chaotic, this put his believes fundamentally at odds with that of the Fey, who he views as "pointy eared idiots". He believes whole heartedly that some deity or supernatural entity is making arbitrary decisions about his life, with unpredictable results, as if his life was being decided by coin flips or rolls of a dice. Whilst he has still not found any evidence of this, he has spent his life collecting "artefacts" that he believes will one day prove this theory, however they are usually either poorly crafted magical items that have malfunctioned in some way, or absolute tat that he has aquired from immoral traders. The only useful thing that Bob ever found were the various parts he used to craft Dent.

The only thing Bob knows for sure is that the deeper his belief in this chaos, the more powerful magics he has been able to perform.

Plane hopping with Ashiok

Bob spent a large amount of time, so long that even he lost track, in planes unknown with Ashiok, He expected to be Ashiok's travelling companion, but was mostly used as a skivvy and bag boy. Whilst Bob would normally take issue with this, he is probably more aware than most quite how scary Ashiok truly is, and still holds a tentative allegiance to them.

Accidental King

During some down time from the party as they all went off on their seperate adventures, Bob found himself alone, bored and drunk in a tavern in Mel Shenshir. Having aquired a Deck of Many Things on the last outing, he finally gave into temptation, even knowing the risks and pulled the Throne card. 30 seconds late a messenger arrived, holding a letter informing him that by divine decree he had been made king of the "Isla Phalanges" and at soonest convenience was to make haste to his new island kingdom, where he was to slay the monsters inhabiting his castle, and to take his rightful place on the throne. Not one to look a gift horse in the mouth, but somewhat low on funds, Bob hired the cheapest merchant vessel out of the city, and set sail for adventure. Unfortunately en route the ship hit a great reef, sunk and Bob found himself alone stranded on an island with only coconuts and turtles to keep himself company. Months passed, each day getting more and more desperate, Bob was almost ready to end it all, when a voice suddenly sounded in his head, demanding his presence at the Fey Court. Bob, convinved the universe still had need of him resorted to the deck to solve his problems, and whilst the first card pulled on the island left him a little befuddled, his second card granted him a Wish. In retrospect Bob shouldn't have wished to be back in the tavern in Mel Shenshir, and perhaps have wished for something a little more dramatic, and world saving, but in all fairness, he had just imbibed the last of what turned out to be very fermented coconut milk, and was very very drunk.
