Irci, located in The Etinmere County, was a small village located within The Summer Court. It was the site of a ritual which was being overseen by the Ancient Dragon Zah-Hak.

The party at the time could not discern the nature of the ritual nor it's purpose with respect to their mission at the time. With much force needing to be applied against Thoradin and Hickaxe, the remaining of the party proceeded into the village beginning the event which will be remembered as The Massacre at Irci.

Many years later, 2 Outer Being Hunters (Rhogar and Ezra) would arrive at the village, cleansing the area of the presence of the Wraiths, Banshees and Ghouls which had been drawn to the intense stench of death in an event known as The Cleansing of Irci's Remnants.
