Nilus "The Axe" Graylock

Nilus Graylock - often known by his nickname "The Axe" - is the member of the council of Rathir chosen by the ranking members of the military. During his time with the military, Nilus gained a reputation for being ruthless but effective, and is rumoured to have been in charge of several operations of questionable legality conducted in Tala Rane and Mel Shenshir.
