Storm Spire

An obelisk that reacts to lightning, causing it to disappear. Magic also causes it to react. It is seen by the residents of Tala Rane to be a tourist trap with mages waiting around to cast spells into the obelisk for coin. The display as the obelisk re-appears is quite majestic, with orbs of light coming together to form the obelisk.
