The Arkalis Barony is a province located in the Federation of Rathir, on the continent of Amalur. Although technically a part of Rathir's lands, the Arkalis Barony is effectively a Monarchist state under the control of the Arkalis Family, one of the original five families that built the city of Rathir.
Talfen Arkalis III was raised, as are most Arkalis children, in the Arkalis Barony and lived there until moving to the city to join the Council of Rathir.
