The Winter Court either refers to the entire eastern half of Amalur, or just the provinces not under the control of a major power (i.e. Mel Shenshir). As of December 2516, these are the Eno'anar Region, Ysa and The Sidhe - all of which are considered to be the domain of the Fae of the Winter Court.
