The Winter Court, when discussed as a region, refers to the settlements on the East half of the continent that is not under the direct control of Mel Shenshir. Generally it is considered neutral as a collective, although the Mel Shenshir does place considerable effort in maintaining good relationships with entities in The Winter Court. This is especially true of Nytheas, due to it's large population and resources.
