Alhazred's Ruin is a black stone, incredibly cold to the touch. It was found in the Fortalice of Old by the Orb Walkers while searching for Barren Lightbearer. The Broker was able to confirm that it - and the Necronomicon page found with it - are incredibly powerful, evil magical artifacts.
The item is believed to have been created by Abdul Alhazred at some point in his life.
Rules Text
Alhazred's Ruin can be used as an action to undo one deed the wielder has performed. The potential actions it can revert are very broad, and possibly limited only by the wielder's imagination.
However, each usage of the stone bears a terrible price - someone close to the wielder will also be entirely erased.
History
When Valmet Blessedborn cast Legend Lore on the stone, she learned the following-
